Student Health Care

Student health care is part of public health care. The task of student health care is to organise health care services and thereby promote the health and learning ability of the students. The municipality in which the university of applied sciences is situated organises health care services which are for all full-time students regardless of their place of domicile. Health care encompasses the monitoring of the health conditions of the college as well as student health, medical and dental care. The services include nurses’ and doctors’ appointments.

Students can use the general health services. The school nurse will help students if the student becomes ill or needs some information and help concerning medical services.
