ObjectivesThe student acquires a good command of business vocabulary and an ability to understand professional business texts. The student develops his or her oral and written communication skills in business and social life so that he or she is able to present himself or herself in a professional manner.
ContentExtensive business vocabulary: terms and concepts of the specialised language in the field-specific contexts. Standard written business messages. Introduction to academic writing. Telephoning, job interviews and other oral communication situations.
RequirementsFinal examination, written and oral tests and assignments.
