Open Studies of Savonia

The Open University of Applied Sciences (UAS) responds with its supply of courses to the challenges of lifetime learning and professional development.

It is possible to study at the Open UAS parts of the UAS degree flexibly regardless of age and educational background. The education on offer is mainly in Finnish, but there are also English-language courses, training modules and study paths available.

Foreign students need a visa or residence permit, depending on their nationality. Studying at the Open UAS does not generally give entitlement to a visa or residence permit. More information is available from the Finnish Immigration Service's.
