- Savonia University of Applied Sciences
Internship might be one of the most difficult thing to get as a foreign student without Finnish language skills, but Savonia doesn’t leave you to deal with it on your own. The lecturers and study advisor try their best to match your skills with local Finnish companies in the area.
Savonia gives you everything you need to succeed as a mechanical engineering student. The 3D printing and welding laboratory is open for students to try out their different ideas and see how they come out in real life...
Hao Chenjie from China found the Finnish University of Applied Sciences by chance. He got interested in the small unit located in the Eastern Finland and walked on campus at the beginning of September 2005.
Another young man Yue Shen of Nanchang started his college in Shanghai. Word-of-mouth on Finnish education reached him, and he made the jump from familiar Chinese environment to this unknown little Eastern town and started his bachelor studies all over again. Later Chenjie and Yue became friends and business partners.
I chose Savonia because I believe it is one of the largest and most adaptable Universities of Applied Sciences in Finland. Savonia also has many international partners and they are offering the Nursing degree program in English.
I believe Savonia would give me an opportunity to transform myself and unleash my potentials.
